Transferable warranties
The following warranties are transferable with a small fee:
1. Lifetime warranty on foundation,
2. Lifetime warranty on foundation plumbing
3. Elk Prestique shingles,
3. Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and television.
4. Lennox A/C (2) years labor and parts. Eight years parts. New machines installed September 7, 2017.
